Overcoming Language Barriers in Education

This is the online course “Multilingualism at the Workplace”, developed by the Erasmus+ LangWork project (2021-2023). This course introduces selected topics about linguistic diversity in the workplace. The course was designed for students of languages and teacher education. However, it is open to anyone, free of charge. The course authors hope that the contents will help future teachers and managers develop inclusive and fair language policies for their workplace. The course is self-paced. We recommend to reserve 5 weeks to complete the units, but it is also possible to complete it sooner or later. You may download the same material in pdf from the project results page. We recommend that you take it on a desktop computer. The course content is protected under the Creative Commons License.
